How can I make a payment?

Please note that these payment instructions are for WEX Motorpass account holders only.

If your card does not look like the blue WEX Motorpass card shown below, please refer to your statement for your individual payment options.


Making a payment is easy. You can pay your account by either direct debit, EFT, credit card, BPAY, or on the phone.

There are no fees for payments made via direct debit or EFT, but some fees may apply to other payment methods. Please refer to the fees page for more information.

Direct debit

Save time and effort by setting up automatic direct debit payments.

To pay by direct debit, simply log into WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre and navigate to Accounts → Billing & Payment → Select Direct debit. Complete your payment details and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Please allow 24 hours for the new payment method to take effect.

Edit your bank account details

Updating your bank account details is easy and quick to do in the Online Service Centre. To update your bank account details, log in to WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre and navigate to Accounts → Billing & Payment → scroll to the bank account details section and click the edit button.

Credit card

The easiest way to set up or edit credit card payments is via the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre.

Simply navigate to Account → Billing & Payment → Select Credit Card. Complete your credit card details and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Please allow 24 hours for the new payment method to take effect.

One-off credit card payment

You can make a one-off credit card payment online. Go to https://osc.motorpass.com.au/payment and follow the instructions to make a one-time credit card payment.

BPAY

Making a payment with BPay is a quick and secure way to transfer money from your online banking account.

Use the below BPay details to complete your payment through your nominated bank account:

  • Biller code: 30619

  • Reference number: Use your nine-digit WEX Motorpass account number and check number, which equals 10 digits in total

Please note that the cut-off time for BPAY payments is 6 PM (AEST). Any payments made before 6 PM (AEST) on a business day will be reflected in your WEX Motorpass account the following business day.

Any payments made after 6 PM (AEST) on a business day will be processed by your bank the next business day. Your payment will not be reflected in your WEX Motorpass account until the day after the bank processing.

Any payments made on a non-business day (weekends and Public Holidays) will be processed by the bank the next business day but will not be reflected in your WEX Motorpass account until the following business day.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT details vary depending on the customer. Please refer to your statement for our unique EFT details.

Please note that if you have registered for direct debit via bank or a credit card, your EFT payment details will not appear on your statement. Please send us a message to obtain your individual EFT details.

If you have a spend limit, we will include your payment details in any spend limit notification emails we send you. These emails are sent when you’re at 80% and 95% of your spend limit. If we don’t have your email address, we will send you a letter that includes your payment options.

Phone payments

Payments can also be made over the phone. Simply call 1300 726 407 between Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM AEST and follow the prompts. Please have your credit card details and account number ready.
