A card will be locked if the PIN has been entered incorrectly three times.

To unlock the card, log in to the Online Service Centre, navigate to Cards → [Select card] → PIN Settings and reset your PIN.

You can also call 1300 764 502. Make sure you have access to the mobile number registered for the card so you can receive an SMS containing further instructions.
