If you have forgotten your fuel card's PIN, you can reset the PIN in the Online Service Centre under Cards → [Select card] → PIN Settings.

You can also call 1300 764 502 to reset your card’s PIN. However, if calling, the mobile number registered for the card must be provided in order to receive an SMS containing further instructions.
