If a cardholder leaves your business or is no longer authorised to use a fuel card, you should ask for the card to be returned to you, and then destroy it to avoid unauthorised activity.

You’ll also need to cancel the fuel card in your Online Service Centre account by navigating to Cards → Select Card → Settings.
