Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically top up your account via direct debit if your balance is below a certain limit.

You will always be notified when you reach 80%, and then again at 95% of your spend limit (by either email, text, or letter) with payment options so that you can add more money to your account to avoid any interruptions.
