The Account Holder is liable where an amount is charged to the Account in connection with a Card that is lost or stolen, or a device storing a virtual card is lost or stolen and the transaction occurs before you have given us notice or you do not give us notice that the Card or device is lost or stolen. An Account Holder is required to give WEX notice of physical or virtual cards that have been lost or stolen as soon as possible.
