What do I do if I haven't received my statement?

Your customer statements will be sent in accordance with your billing cycle preference (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and statement preference (email or paper delivery).

If your statement preference is email and you have not yet received your statement, please check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder to ensure your statement hasn’t ended up in one of these folders.

Alternatively, you can view your statements anytime as an account holder in the Online Service Centre. To view your statements, navigate to Account → Statements and select Download selected statements. The details regarding your bill and your payment options are detailed in the statement, unless you are on direct debit. For payment options, please visit this help article.
