You can change your card’s vehicle registration number, driver name or product controls in your online account.
To change the vehicle registration number or driver name, navigate to Cards → [Select card] → Card details → Edit.
When you change your vehicle registration, your existing card will continue to work and no new card will be issued.
If you change the driver name, a new card will be issued because the driver's name is embossed on the card. Your existing card will continue to work for 20 days from the time of the change while you wait for your new card. After this time, the old card will become inactive and should be destroyed. Please note that changing the driver name will issue a new card and a card replacement fee will apply.
To change a card’s product controls, navigate to Cards → [Select card] → Product controls.
If your card has product controls printed on the front, when you make changes to your product controls, a new card will be issued without product controls printed and a card replacement fee will apply.
Once you have a card without product controls printed, if you change your product controls, you will get to keep your existing card and no fees will apply.
