I cannot activate my card. Why?

If you are currently over your set spend limit, you cannot activate your card(s).

Please make a payment to ensure you are not over your spend limit and then activate your card(s).

Simply call 1300 726 407 between Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM AEST and follow the prompts. Please have your credit card details and account number ready.
