If your account has been suspended due to overdue payments and you are unable to make purchases, you will need to contact the Collections team by sending us a message. You can also call us on 1300 366 109 between Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM AEST and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you may also email collections@wexaustralia.com to rectify the matter. Please make sure you provide us with your account number and name to ensure a speedy resolution.
