To determine if your card is authorised with a signature or a PIN, the account holder needs to log into the Online Service Centre and navigate to Cards → [Select card].

To confirm the cards PIN status, navigate to Cards → [Select card] → PIN Settings:

  • A PIN is required if the PIN status is PIN authorisation Yes

  • If the PIN status is PIN authorisation No then a signature would be required to authorise transactions on this card.
