Whenever you call our Customer Service Team, we always ask you to verify your identity by answering security questions or by confirming your phone password. We do this so we can make sure we are speaking with the authorised representative of the account.

You can set up a phone password of your choice in the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre by navigating to AccountAccount Settings.

Note that this password is different to the password you use to log in to the Online Service Centre.

After the phone password has been set up, our Customer Service Team will ask you for the password whenever you call us to discuss your account.
