Whenever you call our Customer Service Team, we always ask you to verify your identity by answering security questions or by confirming your phone password. We do this so we can make sure we are speaking with the authorised representative of the account.
You can set up a phone password of your choice in your WEX Motorpass Online Account by navigating to Account β Account Settings.
Note that this password is different to the password you use to log in to the Online Account.
After the phone password has been set up, our Customer Service Team will ask you for the password whenever you call us to discuss your account.
