How do I change the phone number associated with my account or card(s)?

You can change your phone number online through the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre. Simply:

  1. Navigate to the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre

  2. Click Account → Account settings → Contact details.

  3. Edit Main telephone number and Mobile number.

You may also change the phone numbers associated with individual cards. Simply:

  1. Navigate to the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre

  2. Click Cards → [Select card] → Settings → Edit → Mobile phone field.
