A PIN is required on all WEX Motorpass Pay2Go cards. A PIN can be set online by the account holder using the Online Service Centre or a PIN can be set by the cardholder by phone.
Set your PIN online:
Log in to your WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre account at osc.motorpass.com.au
Click through to the Cards section, select your card and then select PIN Settings.
Expand the PIN setting section to set and confirm your PIN.

Call us on 1300 764 502.
Follow the prompts to obtain a PIN Establishment Code (PEC). You will need your card number and mobile number handy.
Once you have your PIN Establishment Code, visit www.setupmypin.com.au where you can set and confirm your PIN.
