If you need to activate a new card but have misplaced the activation code mailed to you, you can use the Get New Card Activation Code feature within OSC to generate a new code instantly. The new code will be valid for up to 30 days.
How do I use the Get New Card Activation Code feature?
To get a new activation code:
Log into OSC and go to the Cards section.
Click the Activate Cards button to view any cards that require activation.
Select the card and click Get New Code.
Authenticate using 2-Factor Authentication
Your Activation Code will appear in the Activation Code field.
Click Activate to complete card activation.
