Before you can use your card, it must be activated. You can activate your card online or phone by following the few simple steps outlined below. Your Activation Codes will be present on the letter the card is attached to.
Activate your card online:
Log in to your WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre account at osc.motorpass.com.au.
Click through to the Cards section and then select the Activate Cards button. This brings you to the list of cards that need activating (if you can’t see the Activate Cards button, this means that you have no cards waiting to be activated).
Enter the activation codes listed on the letter the card is attached to.

Call us on 1300 110 920.
Follow the prompts. You will need your account number, card number and the mobile number linked to the account.
A verification code is sent to you via SMS to the mobile phone number registered on the account.
