You can set product controls in the Online Service Centre under Cards → [Select card] → Settings → Product Controls. You can change these individually for each card on a card-level but not across all cards on an account-level.

These product controls can be set immediately after your WEX Motorpass fuel card application has been approved online. You can also set them when applying with a paper form for a WEX Motorpass fuel card.

Note, if you’re changing product controls on existing cards, changing the controls will automatically reissue a replacement card and you will be charged a replacement card fee. Your existing card will still be active for 10 days until the new replacement card arrives.
