How do I close my account?

If WEX Motorpass isn't for you, you can cancel your account by either emailing us at customer.care@wexaustralia.com with your account number, name, position within the company, and your reason for closure.

Or, via the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre by logging in and selecting Account β†’ Account Settings β†’ Request to close account button.
