If WEX Motorpass isn't for you, you can cancel your account by either emailing us at customer.care@wexaustralia.com with your account number, name, position within the company, and your reason for closure.

Or, via the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre by logging in and selecting Account → Account Settings → Request to close account button.
