As your business grows you may need multiple staff within your organisation requiring online access to the WEX Motorpass account to perform account and card admin functions and access data. On a self service basis from your online account you can add multiple users, each with their own login, and assign specific roles such as 'Account Holder' (full access) or 'Account Viewer' (view-only access). You can also easily disable, suspend, or change roles for existing users as your team changes, and conveniently use email addresses as usernames, with new users automatically receiving their login credentials via email.
As an Account Holder, from the Users tab within your online account you can add new users by clicking on the “Add a new user” button. All fields are mandatory and must be completed. To successfully complete the creation of a new online account user profile, the consent checkbox must be ticked to confirm you accept the risk/responsibility of giving that person access.
Note: Only Account Holders have the ability to add new users
