Can I call WEX Motorpass after hours?

Our WEX Motorpass regular business hours are between 8.45 AM - 7 PM AEST on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays). If you need assistance outside of these hours, you may contact our call centre with help regarding cancelling lost or stolen fuel cards.

Alternatively, if you are an account holder, you can use the WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
