How can I disable a user's online access to my WEX Motorpass account?

As a user with Account Holder access, from the Users tab within your online account you can remove a user by selecting the user from the user list and selecting the “Disable” button.

“Disabling” a user will permanently remove the user's access to the online account. Once the user is “Disabled”, the action cannot be reversed. An Account Holder would need to create a new user logon if a “Disabled” user still requires access.
