After your application has been submitted, it will be referred to the Credit team for assessment, or we will contact you for further information.
The additional information could include proof of address, proof of income or proof of business type (i.e. Trust deed or Partnership agreement). To avoid your application being closed, please send this requested information or documents within five business days.
After the additional information has been received and assessed, you will receive an email within seven business days advising you of the outcome of the assessment. Your account may be approved or declined.
If your account is approved, you will receive an email advising of this outcome. You will also receive an email that includes your WEX Motorpass Online Service Centre username and password details. The Online Service Centre is where you can manage your cards, such as updating PINs and the product controls for your card(s).
Following this initial email, you will be sent our welcome pack the next business day which will contain your cards.
