WEX Pay makes it easy to refund a customer. Simply request the customer bring in their original purchase receipt(s) so that you can refund the purchase against the correct sale.
If the customer does not have their receipt and the refund was made at your store, use the Search function in WEX Pay to locate their sale.
You can also process a refund that was not processed originally at your store via WEX Pay by using the Refund menu. Ensure that the customer provides you with a copy of the original purchase receipt.
