What is the scheduled report feature?
The scheduled report feature allows customers to order a report that will be available the next day. Once the report is ready, you’ll receive a notification email, and you can download the report by logging into OSC and visiting the notification area.
What are the benefits of using scheduled reports?
Provides full reporting coverage for all types of account and card-level transactions (not just card purchase transactions) over a wide date range. It also provides download performance reliability for large amounts of data.
How are the reports delivered?
Once you submit your scheduled report request, you’ll receive a confirmation message. Your scheduled report will be generated overnight. Once your report is ready, you’ll receive an email notification. Simply log into OSC to access the notification area and download the report. The report is provided in a compressed format for faster downloading.
How long is the report available for download?
Reports are available for 28 days in your OSC notification area. After this period, they will be automatically removed.
What types of transactions and date ranges can I select in my scheduled report?
You can select from account-level transactions and card-level transactions. You can also specify which cards to include in the report. You can also choose from the following date ranges:
Last quarter
Last financial year
Custom date range
Who can use the scheduled report feature?
The scheduled report feature is available to accounts with up to 200 cards. For Fleet customers, or if your account has more than 200 cards, please contact your account manager to request a report.
