Using your WEX Motorpass card is simple.
Find a participating service station using the Site Locator. Your card is accepted at more than 6,500 fuel and vehicle-related locations across Australia.
Fill up your vehicle as you normally would.
When you're ready to pay, present or swipe your WEX Motorpass card at the register or payment terminal. Some locations may ask you to insert or tap your card instead.
Depending on your account settings, you may be asked to enter your vehicle's odometer (ODO) reading and, in some cases, a Driver ID or PIN before the transaction is approved.
Once the transaction is complete, you'll receive your receipt and can continue your journey.
If you're using your card at a participating non-fuel merchant, such as a car wash, mechanic or tyre retailer, present your WEX Motorpass card to the attendant. They will process your payment using WEX Pay. Eligible purchases will appear on your next WEX Motorpass statement for payment according to your normal billing cycle.
